Terms and Conditions

1.     Items including, but not limited to, FIREWORKS, SPARKLERS, ALCOHOL, weapons, illegal substances, drones, laser pointers and glass containers are not permitted at the event.

2. As a condition of entry or at any time during the event,  attendees may be asked to submit to a search of their person and belongings (including bags, pockets, and clothing) by our authorised security personnel.  Any person who refuses to comply with a search request will be denied entry to the event or escorted from the premises.

3.  Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. Due to the nature of the event, there will be loud noises & flashing lights from the fireworks and heat, smoke & ash from the fire. Attendees, especially those with young children, are advised to wear appropriate hearing protection.

4.  All requests by the event marshals must be complied with.

5. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or expel any person or group that is acting in a manner which is deemed unsafe by the marshals.

6. All children and minors must be accompanied and actively supervised by a responsible adult ticket holder at all times. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of minors under their care.

7. Animals and pets are strictly prohibited from entering the event site, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.

8. By attending the event, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing purposes.

9. The organisers accept no responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property brought onto the site

10. Parking is not available on or near the site and there is no event car park - please park away from the event site and walk. Ticket holders must not park illegally or block access to local properties.

11. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event if weather conditions are deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the bonfire and/or fireworks display, or due to circumstances beyond their control amounting to force majeure. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date.

12. Requests for ticket refunds, owing to cancellation or the inability to attend a postponed event, must be made prior to, or no later than fourteen (14) days after, the date the event was originally scheduled to occur.

13. If you are refused entry or removed from the event due to a refusal to be searched or for possessing prohibited items, you will not be entitled to a ticket refund or compensation.

14. Fees from the charity's ticket & payment partners, incurred at the point of sale and included in the ticket price, are non-refundable.

15. Any refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the charity's trustees. Refunds approved by the charity's trustees will be processed the next working day after the charity's trustees have approved the request. It may take up to ten (10) working days for funds to be received, but usually arrive sooner. Refunds will only be processed back to the same payment method/account used for ticket purchase, in order to comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
